FEE SCHEDULE
As a Mobile Notary, I travel to you, confirm your identity and willingness to sign and witness your signature on important legal, financial, and real estate documents. In office appointments are available by appointment only at my La Palma office.
General notary work
- Acknowledgments – $15 per notarized signature
- Jurats – $15 per notarized signature
- Oaths and Affirmations – $15 per Oath or Affirmation taken
- Certified Copy of Power of Attorney – $15 per copy certified.
- Copy Certification by Document custodian - $15.00
- Copies of journal entries -$.30
Other fees
Travel Fee
Typically depends on the distance travelled, and depending on the location, etc.
- 1-5 miles-$30 (discount to La Palma & La Mirada Residents)
- 6-25 miles-$55
- 26-50 miles $75
- 51+ miles -Negotiable
After Hours Notary Services (9:00pm – 6:00am)- additional $50.00
Waiting Fee$1 per minute
wait times more than 10 minutes will be charged by the minute.
Loan signing rates
$155+ for signing up to 150 pages.
